Our Holiday opening times are published on our Instagram.

Sedan: Typically, 4 doors  or Less and 2 rows of seats or less, with a separated enclosed trunk area. Example is a Mercedes C300.

SUV: Typically 4 doors or more (rear hatches count) and 2 rows of seats or more, with an open trunk area. Example is a Range Rover.

Regular Services take about 45 minutes. Premium Services can take up to an Hour. Our Luxury Detailing takes 3 hours. 

Yes you can. Please note that walk-in customers are attended to on a first-come first-served basis. If you will like to be served upon arrival, please book online. Payment confirms your appointment. 

Our preferred method of payment for walk-in customers is using a debit card at our POS terminal. However, you will be allowed to make a bank transfer of any amount or pay by cash not exceeding N10,000.00. Customers who book online can pay securely on our website. 

Before your service begins, we instruct all our customers to PLEASE REMOVE ALL VALUABLES FROM THEIR VEHICLES.  We use very powerful vacuum systems that can easily suck up jewellery, keys etc. You will always be provided with a secure bag to keep your valuables. 

At WASH, our entire centre is consistently monitored by CCTV. If you had a bad experience or an incident occurred you may file a report and request for footage from that period to be investigated. Please mail wash@cityclapr.com
