Do I need to book, or can I just drive in?

Both work. Booking online reserves you a bay at a set time; walk-ins are always welcome and are served in order of arrival once a bay is free.

Is there an express or 'jump the queue' service?

No. We do not sell queue priority. Every car is worked on in order, and a booked slot simply means your bay is already held for you.

How long will my car take?

A wash is typically 45 to 90 minutes depending on the package and vehicle size. Detailing, correction and ceramic work run from three hours to a full day — the exact duration is shown before you confirm the booking.

What if I arrive late?

Come anyway. We hold your bay for 15 minutes; after that you are served in arrival order, which may mean a wait on a busy day.

Can I change or cancel a booking?

Yes — free of charge up to two hours before your slot, from the link in your confirmation or from your account. Inside two hours we may not be able to release the bay.

What happens if I do not show up?

The slot is marked as a no-show and released. Repeated no-shows on paid bookings may mean we ask for payment upfront in future.

Should I leave anything in the car?

Please remove cash, phones, laptops, documents and anything valuable before handing over the keys. We are careful, but valuables remain your responsibility.

Do you use brushes on the paint?

Never. Every car is hand washed with fresh microfibre mitts, two buckets with grit guards, and a separate kit for wheels. Brushes are the main cause of swirl marks.

What is the difference between a wash and a detail?

A wash cleans the car. A detail improves it — decontamination, machine polishing, paint correction, deep interior extraction and protection. Details take much longer and are quoted after an inspection.

How long does ceramic coating take to cure?

The coating is touch-dry before you collect the car, but it needs roughly 7 days to fully cure. In that window avoid automatic washes, harsh chemicals and, where possible, heavy rain in the first 24 hours.

Can you remove scratches?

Light scratches and swirl marks in the clear coat usually polish out with paint correction. Anything you can feel with a fingernail has gone through the clear coat and needs paint repair, which we will tell you honestly on inspection.

Is window tint legal in Nigeria?

Tint rules and permit requirements vary and are enforced locally — please check the current regulations for your state before fitting. We fit film to your specification and provide the product details, but obtaining any required permit is the owner's responsibility.

Do you clean engine bays?

Yes, as a controlled add-on: sensitive components are protected, degreaser is applied and rinsed at low pressure, then plastics are dressed.

Can you get smoke or food odour out of the interior?

In most cases yes, using extraction plus an odour treatment. Deeply soaked upholstery may need more than one visit, and we will say so before charging you.

Is a membership for me or for my car?

For one registered car. The plate is on the membership, and it is non-transferable between vehicles or people.

One wash per day, subject to the plan's monthly allowance and bay availability. Members have dedicated bays reserved at each centre.

Can I use my membership at both centres?

Yes. Abuja and Kaduna honour the same membership, so you can wash wherever you are.

How do I cancel?

Cancel any time from your account or by asking staff. Your membership runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, and auto-renew stops immediately. Paid periods are not refunded pro-rata.

How can I pay?

Online by card, transfer or USSD through Paystack, or in person at the cashier's desk by cash, POS or transfer. We never ask you to pay a staff member's personal account.

Is paying online safe?

Yes. Payments run through Paystack, a licensed Nigerian payment processor. Your card details are entered on Paystack's own secure page and are never stored on our servers.

Are prices inclusive of VAT?

Yes. Every price on the site includes 7.5% VAT, so what you see is what you pay.

If we fail to deliver a service you paid for, we will redo it or refund it. Refunds go back to the original payment method and are noted on your booking.

Yes. Ask at the cashier or reply to your booking email and we will issue a proper invoice, including for fleet accounts.

Wash Abuja is on the upper level of Jabi Lake Mall, Jabi. Wash Kaduna is at Galaxy Mall on Waff Road. Both have parking and a lounge.

Monday to Saturday 8:00 to 20:00, Sunday 10:00 to 18:00, at both centres. The site shows live 'open now' status.
