Terms & conditions
1. These terms
By booking, buying a membership or bringing a vehicle to a Wash centre you accept these terms. They apply at both Wash Abuja (Jabi Lake Mall) and Wash Kaduna (Galaxy Mall).
Queries: wash@cityclapr.com or the switchboard on +2342018876457.
2. Bookings and arrival
A booking reserves a bay at your chosen time. There is no express service and no paid queue priority: within any period, vehicles are worked on in order of arrival once a bay is free.
We hold your bay for 15 minutes after your slot time. After that we will still serve you, but in arrival order, which may mean waiting.
Walk-ins are welcome at both centres, subject to bay availability.
3. Duration and estimates
Service durations shown on the site are estimates for a vehicle in normal condition. Heavily soiled vehicles, larger bodies, pet hair, sand, tar or paint defects can extend the time, and we will tell you before we start if a longer time or a higher tier is needed.
We may decline or stop work on a vehicle where continuing risks damage, for example on failing paint, existing rust or aftermarket wraps in poor condition.
4. Cancellations and no-shows
You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to two hours before your slot, using the link in your confirmation or from your account.
Inside two hours we may not be able to release the bay. If you do not arrive, the booking is marked as a no-show and the slot is released. Repeated no-shows may mean we require full payment upfront for future bookings.
5. Prices and payment
All prices shown are in Nigerian Naira and are inclusive of 7.5% VAT. Prices vary by vehicle type and may vary by centre.
Payment is made online through Paystack (card, transfer or USSD) or in person at the cashier's desk. Payment must never be made into a staff member's personal account; if anyone asks you to do so, please report it to us immediately.
Where we fail to deliver a paid service we will redo it or refund it to the original payment method. Prices may change; the price you see when you confirm is the price you pay.
6. Your vehicle and valuables
Please remove cash, phones, laptops, documents, jewellery and anything else valuable before handing over your keys. We are not liable for loss of valuables left in a vehicle.
Tell us in advance about aftermarket paint or wrap work, loose trim, non-standard modifications, faulty electrics or existing damage. We record vehicle condition on arrival.
Any claim of damage must be raised with the centre manager before the vehicle leaves the premises so it can be inspected while our evidence is fresh.
7. Detailing, ceramic and tint
Paint correction improves defects within the clear coat; deeper scratches and chips cannot be polished out and may require paint repair. Results are assessed and agreed before work starts.
Ceramic coating needs approximately seven days to fully cure. During that period avoid automatic washes, harsh chemicals and, where possible, exposure to heavy rain in the first 24 hours. Coating warranties depend on following the aftercare we give you.
Window tint film is fitted to your instruction. Tint regulations and any permit requirement are enforced locally and can change — please confirm the current rules for your state. Obtaining any permit is the vehicle owner's responsibility.
8. Washnation membership
A membership covers one registered vehicle, identified by its plate number. It is non-transferable between vehicles or people.
Members may use one wash per day, subject to the plan's allowance and bay availability. Memberships are valid at both centres.
Billing renews automatically monthly or annually until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; the membership then runs to the end of the period already paid for. Paid periods are not refunded pro-rata.
We may suspend a membership where it is misused, for example being used for vehicles other than the registered one.
9. Photography
We photograph vehicles for quality control. Where we would like to use images publicly, plate numbers are obscured on request and you can ask us not to publish your vehicle at all.
10. Liability
We take reasonable care of every vehicle in our possession and carry appropriate cover. Our liability for any claim is limited to the cost of the service performed, except where the law does not allow that limit.
We are not liable for pre-existing defects revealed by cleaning, for mechanical or electrical faults not caused by us, or for delays caused by power, water or events outside our control.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
